Small Classic Agate scope by Jon Greene for Chesnik Scopes is a 3 mirror system in a 7.5” L x 1.5 diameter chrome tube. The images are created by using a three mirror system which are made of equilateral triangle of front surface mirrors, creating a full field of images.- Includes two 3” diameter wheels, Brazilian agate slices makes the first wheel with hand crafted stained glass for the second wheel. Schylling Tin Scope

This bright tin kaleidoscope was produced in 2002 for Schylling of Rowley MA in China. It is a great contemporary toy for all ages. The interior designs are primarily in red, blue and green and have a nice clear visual. This will be a tin collectible of the future! Tin tube is 7” with a revolving tin cuff.

Chesnik Floret Dichroic Kaleidoscope

Expanded 2 mirror system, which uses a triangle of mirrors, but one side is blacked out, making a single circular design surrounded by black. Depending on the angle of the mirrors as the 2 wheels rotate the image can have a 4,5,6, all the way up to over 100 points of design! Scope is in 9”L by 1 ½”diameter tube with two 3” diameter wheels of dichroic glass. The glass in the wheels of this scope has been coated with thin layers of such exotic metals as titanium and zirconium.

Three scopes in one! Hand held 8”Lx 1 ½” d brass scope that rests on a hand finished walnut wood base with 3 unique custom wheels. The first wheel is Brazilian agate, these semi precious stones that are millions of years old are cut and polished to gem-like brilliance. Stones are chosen by artist for their striking variations in color and pattern.  With the second wheel made of artist-made millefiore pieces, pattern glass slices from canes made in his studio kilns and furnace, the way Venetians made them centuries ago.
